What the quote form collects

A name, an email address, a postcode, a description of the job, and a phone number if you give one. The postcode is asked for because it decides whether travel is added to a quote, not to profile you.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising pixels. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

Third parties

Photographs load from picsum.photos, so your browser makes a request that service can see. A real build self-hosts them and the request disappears. No fonts are loaded from anywhere; the site uses what is already on your device.

[If enquiries route through an inbox provider, a form handler or job management software such as a CRM, name it here and link its privacy policy.]

What happens to an enquiry

  • Used to reply, to quote, and if you go ahead, to carry out and certify the work.
  • Never sold, rented or passed to a lead-generation service.
  • Enquiries that do not become jobs are deleted after [RETENTION PERIOD].
  • Records attached to completed work are kept for [RECORD PERIOD], because electrical certificates have to be retrievable for inspections, insurance and house sales.

Your rights

Ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by writing to [CONTACT EMAIL]. We will action it within [RESPONSE WINDOW]. Deletion does not extend to certification records we are required to keep, and we will tell you which those are.
