What this site collects
One form, on the Start a project section. It asks for a name, an email address, a description of the business, and a description of what the site needs to do. Nothing else, and nothing beyond what is needed to reply usefully.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising pixels or session tracking. There is no consent banner, because a banner asking permission to set nothing is theatre rather than compliance.
Third parties
No fonts, scripts or styles are loaded from anywhere else; the site uses the typefaces already on your device. The demonstration builds under /work/ load placeholder photographs from picsum.photos, which means your browser makes a request that service can see. Each demo discloses this in its own privacy notice.
[When a form handler is wired up, name it here and link its privacy policy.]
If we work together
Running a care plan means holding things on your behalf: domain registration details, hosting and service logins, and whatever your site's own forms collect. Those are handled under the written agreement between us rather than under this notice, and that agreement sets out who owns what. In outline:
- Your domain is registered in your business's name, never mine.
- Credentials are held so the work can be done, and handed over in full on request or on cancellation.
- Data your own site collects belongs to you. I am processing it on your instructions, not using it.
- I will not add your business to a client list, a case study or a portfolio without asking you first.
What happens to an enquiry
- Used to reply and to quote, and for nothing else.
- Never sold, rented or added to a mailing list.
- Enquiries that do not become work are deleted after [RETENTION PERIOD].
Your rights
Ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by writing to [CONTACT EMAIL]. I will action it within [RESPONSE WINDOW]. Depending on where you live, the UK and EU GDPR, the California CPRA or another law may give you further rights.
